Bergmann Beet Chaser

A robust 400 bar hydraulic system powers complete unloading in as little as 55–60 seconds, dramatically reducing turnaround times and increasing overall harvesting efficiency.

The in-cab control layout is intuitively arranged: loading controls on the right, unloading controls on the left—making it easy for the driver to monitor the elevator and control flow. A video feed from the left-mounted elevator improves unloading accuracy.

Thanks to its rugged fully welded all-steel bin, the Beet Chaser is built to withstand the rigours of modern fieldwork. Profiled headboards prevent beet snagging, while the high-performance running gear ensures durability under load.

With a work rate of up to 2,100 tonnes/hour, the Beet Chaser keeps up with even the most advanced self-propelled harvesters. Its wide body and high ‘far’ side extension allow for faster, easier offloading directly from the harvester elevator.

Whether clamping off-field or on the headland, the Beet Chaser avoids heavy rutting, even in wet conditions—making it ideal for sensitive soils and variable terrain. Its impressive manoeuvrability also makes accessing tight spaces and busy roads safer and more efficient.

By eliminating tipping, the Bergmann system significantly reduces the risk of mud spillage on highways—a key concern for contractors operating in rural or high-traffic areas.

The non-tipping design, low drop point, and curved pusher bars on the moving floor ensure careful handling of the crop from start to finish. Rubber roll bars provide a final clean before discharge, preventing bruising and crunching.
