Next-generation sugar beet cleaning and loading

The CTM Optimus has been developed to meet the changing demands of modern sugar beet campaigns, combining high-capacity cleaning and loading with improved crop flow, efficiency and manoeuvrability.

Building on more than 25 years of CTM 9000 Series development, Optimus introduces larger working components, a more open elevator design and a range of cleaning and handling options to keep beet moving efficiently in challenging conditions.

CTM Optimus

The CTM Optimus is built for efficient sugar beet cleaning and loading, with improved crop flow, a larger hopper and longer elevator. Its open design helps reduce leaf build-up, while improved manoeuvrability supports performance in challenging field conditions.

OPTIMISED CROP FLOW

The open machine design has been developed to reduce leaf build-up and maintain consistent movement of beet through the cleaning and loading process.

FAST-CHANGE PRECLEANER

The optional fast-change PRECLEANER provides greater flexibility when adapting the cleaning system to changing requirements.

LARGER HOPPER

An increased hopper size provides greater capacity and supports efficient crop intake during high-throughput loading.

IMPROVED EFFICIENCY

A lower-revving engine and increased fuel capacity have been incorporated into the Optimus design with operational efficiency in mind.

LONGER SPIRAL ROLLERS

Extended spiral rollers provide an increased cleaning area, helping the machine handle beet effectively as it moves through the cleaning system.

MANOEUVRABILITY

A second rear axle provides stability and self-drive capability, while simulated differential action improves manoeuvrability, particularly in difficult or wet field conditions.
