The ROPA Keiler 2 RK22 combines advanced hydraulic technology, intelligent control and high-performance cleaning in a premium potato harvester designed for demanding harvesting conditions.

Its fully hydraulic drive powers all separation systems, conveyors and chains, while electronic load-sensing hydraulics provide precise, responsive control throughout the machine.

ROPA Keiler 2 RK22

The Keiler 2 RK22 has been developed around harvesting performance, precise control and versatility. Its fully hydraulic machine drive allows the cleaning units to operate independently of tractor PTO speed, with each system steplessly adjustable to suit changing crop and soil conditions.

Designed for potatoes and a range of other crops, the Keiler 2 can also be configured for onions, carrots, celery, parsnips, Jerusalem artichokes and beetroot.

FULLY HYDRAULIC DRIVE

All separation systems, conveyors and chains are hydraulically driven, allowing precise and independent adjustment of the cleaning units.

TELESCOPIC AXLE

The extendable telescopic axle provides greater stability in the field while allowing a transport width of 3 metres for road travel.

7.5 T BUNKER

The standard large-volume pad-roll floor bunker provides 7.5 tonnes of capacity, with additional bunker configurations available.

INTUITIVE OPERATION

The 12.1-inch CCI 1200 touch terminal and ergonomically designed joysticks provide clear, straightforward control of the machine.

ELECTRONIC LOAD SENSING

Intelligent load-sensing hydraulics supply power only when required, helping improve control while reducing unnecessary fuel and resource use.

QUICK-CHANGE PICKUP

ROPA’s quick-change system allows the pickup to be changed quickly and simply in the field without special tools or a forklift.

MULTI-CROP VERSATILITY

The Keiler 2 can be configured for potatoes and a range of specialist crops, including onions, carrots and celery, helping maximise machine utilisation throughout the season.
